Providence Learning Center can assist you in planning your church or non-profit related events in New Orleans.
Reserving Your Event:
Immediately after contact and approval of the event by Providence
Learning Center, the contact person will be notified of approval and
the details of the event will be finalized.
Deposit:
Based on the invoice, a deposit of 25% due upon completion of the
event agreement and an additional 25% due 45 days in advance. The
deposit is non-refundable.
Meals:
Meals can be provided for a group.
Minimum 30 participants / Monday Friday evenings.
Minimum 50 participants / Saturdays
Media:
Media can be included. Price is determined by the use of the
equipment, media staff needed, date and time of the event.
Guest Housing:
Housing may be available. If housing is used:
1) 10 days in advance, a rooming list must be received in writing.
2) The first night's lodging will be charged for guests who cancel or
fail to attend after the guaranteed head count is due.
3) All guest rooms are smoke-free and alcohol-free.
4) Check in is after 3:00 p.m. Check out is by 11:00 a.m.
Cost for the Conference:
Cost is based on the number of rooms or space, and days requested.
Each conference estimate is dealt with on an individual basis.
Contract:
After agreement of the conference event between Providence Learning
Center and the requesting organization, a contract of agreement
signed by the office manager of Providence Learning Center will be
mailed to the organization. That agreement will be fixed and based
on conclusions discussed by requested conference leader and
Providence Learning Center. A signed copy attached with the deposit
is to be mailed to Providence Learning Center.
